It is essential to read this thread before you can create a victor or even a relative of one!
Activity is very important for anyone with a victor character! We understand that life can be hectic, and that's okay, but if you're going to be away for a while, please leave an absent notice! We don't want to wrongfully delete your character.
If in the event that a Victor is deemed inactive, he/she will be deleted and the spot is up for grabs again, and a new person will make a new character. We won't recycle the hard work you put into making a character!
While Tributes of Panem is starting out, the first male and female created in each district will automatically be mentors. Your character will be involved in every Reaping and must train the reaped tributes each year. This means you will be relied upon in every Hunger Games on the site! Do not take up a Victor if you can't commit to it.
The post below contains the list of victors from the twenty games since the Capitol recaptured the districts, and thus there have been twenty victors. Keep in mind that the age of the character must be proportional to the number games they won (ie, a character that is currently twenty couldn't have won the 76th Hunger Games), and that higher districts still have the most victors.
If your character is related to a victor, it is also necessary to post here to prevent people from doubling up. You can't create a family member of another person's character unless you ask them first!
A player isn't allowed to have more than two existing victors, excluding characters who became victors through roleplaying (on site). If you already have a victor, you cannot create another for three months. It's just to keep everything fair! (:
