Her parents are both dead, but her sister is alive and well, working as Head Peacekeeper in District 5. She is married to fellow victor Roe Lochslinn and they have six kids together; Dixie, Alix, Gray, Fabius, Antonia and Julietta. Ocie is a great person to have on your side if you can achieve her friendship. She is distrustful and enigmatic, making her difficult to get to know, but some may see that as a challenge. Her most likely friends are fellow victors and Capitolites. Her enemies will be many. District citizens envy her for her rise to infamy despite her background and Capitolites may begrudge her her place in society. Ocie is happily married to Roe, but a quick fling is not totally out of the question. However, a guy would have to be pretty much perfect to tempt her away from her husband and children.
